These could be for tools you already own, or tools you are going to buy, or tools you make yourself.
All, of the same brand or different brands, or they may not even be tools.
We make custom foams.
Organize your tools
The organization and distribution of your tools in the tray
is up to you, or if you prefer, we organize it for you.
Taking into account the space, use or type of tool.
We design your idea
Through a photographic system, we design each unit of your tools.
Then we distribute it by the available tray space.
Trimming the foam
After approval of the design and organization, the foams will be cut.
Our foams are top black and have 35 or 60 mm thick.
They can be trimmed up to 30 or 55mm when placed on a sturdy base
We have 4 colors for contrasting backgrounds.
Black/red, black/blue, black/green, black/yellow.
We use EVA (Atylene Vinyl Acetate) or PU (Polyurethane) foam.
EVA and PU are a high density foams
and has the longest lifespan without losing its original shape.
Most foams available on the market for tools, are EPE foam. It is usually a more economical solution.
It is a correct choice if you have a lot of space, the tools can be spaced wide apart and you cut the spaces yourself with a knife.
EVA and PU have approximately the same characteristics, but with different finishes, cutting methods and different purposes.
